We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Prompt Architects provides an AI-powered prompt enhancement service that transforms simple, natural-language prompts into structured, AI-optimized prompts. The Service includes a web application, Chrome browser extension, and related features.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited prompt enhancements per day at no cost. Features and limits may change at our discretion.

Pro Plan

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-submitted prompts), is owned by Prompt Architects and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or enhanced outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ENHANCED PROMPTS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPT ARCHITECTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Architects and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prompt Architects is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
